Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including canopy setups, mall displays, and corporate roadshows.
- Coordinate with the sales team to organize test-drive events and local community outreach programs.
- Manage the distribution of promotional materials like brochures, leaflets, and banners in high-traffic target areas.
- Assist in managing the dealership's social media presence by capturing high-quality photos and videos of vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities and pricing strategies within the local territory.
- Maintain and update the customer database within the Dealer Management System (DMS) for targeted SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Liaise with local vendors for the procurement of marketing collaterals and event setups while ensuring brand compliance.
- Track the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and provide daily reports on lead generation and walk-in trends.
Requirements
- Completed Graduation (BBA, B.Com, or B.A.) from a recognized university.
- Valid two-wheeler license and a personal vehicle for local field visits.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- High energy levels and a willingness to work outdoors for event execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with walk-in customers and corporate partners.
Preferred
- MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Previous internship experience in the automotive or retail sector.
- Ability to use basic graphic design tools like Canva for quick social media posts.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role involving significant local travel for field marketing activities. Standard working hours are 6 days a week, including weekends, with a compensatory off provided on a weekday.
