This role focuses on driving premium vehicle sales by building and maintaining strong bonds with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. The core objective is to provide a seamless end-to-end buying experience that aligns with the brand's prestige and ensures long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation and enquiry handling to vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives that highlight technical specifications and USPs.
- Coordinate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and policy issuance.
- Maintain meticulous records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update CRM daily.
- Achieve monthly retail targets while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Organize and participate in outdoor sales activities, corporate displays, and promotional events.
- Execute post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral business.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to provide consultative advice to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail/hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual/automatic cars.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Professional grooming and etiquette suitable for a corporate showroom environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience with premium or luxury automotive brands.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance protocols, and RTO processes.
- Existing network of high-net-worth (HNI) clients in the local region.

On-site showroom operations; 6 days a week (standard industry hours). Requires local travel for client meetings and test drives.
