This role focuses on driving brand awareness and high-quality lead generation for the dealership through integrated marketing strategies. It involves coordinating with the OEM to implement national campaigns at a local level while managing on-ground activations and digital presence to increase showroom footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars aligned with OEM guidelines and dealership sales targets.
- Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) activities including roadshows, mall displays, and corporate tie-ups to capture high-intent leads.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media management, Google My Business optimization, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Sales teams to track lead conversion rates and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for printing, branding, and event management to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for tactical pricing and promotional offers.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing spends and ROI to the General Manager and OEM regional office.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing BTL activations and local area marketing in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally for event supervision and site inspections.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized automobile dealership network.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools like Canva for quick social media updates.
- Existing network of local vendors, printers, and media agencies.

Education
