This role focuses on driving market penetration through proactive field engagement and direct customer interactions within assigned territories. The position involves conducting door-to-door outreach and executing localized marketing activities to educate prospective buyers on vehicle benefits and drive sales growth.
Conduct daily door-to-door visits and field outreach within assigned geographical territories to identify potential customers.
Organize and execute market-specific activities, including roadshows, canopy setups, and displays using demo vehicles.
Educate prospective customers on the features, technical specifications, and USPs of new vehicle models.
Facilitate on-site vehicle demonstrations and test drives for interested leads in their local areas.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to documentation and deal closure.
Maintain a daily log of field activities, customer feedback, and lead status in the company CRM or reporting sheet.
Identify and engage with local influencers and community leaders to build a strong referral network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent market presence and proactive lead conversion.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a vehicle is mandatory for field travel.
Fluency in the local regional language and a working knowledge of English.
Exceptional physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors for extended periods.
Strong communication and persuasive skills to engage customers in a door-to-door setting.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a high degree of self-motivation.
Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and digital lead management.
Familiarity with the local geography and demographic profile of the assigned territory.
Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales or field marketing activities.
Basic understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.

This is a 100% field-based role involving daily travel within a dedicated market area. Working hours are typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week, including weekends.
Successful executives can progress to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 2-3 years based on target achievement and leadership potential.
