This role involves driving revenue growth by guiding prospective buyers through the entire vehicle acquisition process within a high-performance dealership environment. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive lead management, engaging product demonstrations, and meticulous follow-up to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential leads through cold calling, showroom walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct detailed product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations to highlight unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Facilitate customer test drives while adhering to safety protocols and providing technical insights into vehicle performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, retail finance coordination, and insurance processing.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead status and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through professional post-sales follow-ups and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or premium retail sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- High energy levels and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Strong local network for generating referral-based leads.
