This role involves driving dealership revenue by converting prospects into customers through engaging product demonstrations and personalized consultations. The focus is on delivering an exceptional premium buying experience while ensuring all sales processes adhere to OEM standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer journey from initial walk-in or lead inquiry to final vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct professional product walkthroughs and accompany customers on test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and participation in outdoor marketing events or corporate displays.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide customers with seamless loan processing and insurance options.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, bookings, and pipeline status within the Dealership Management System (DMS).
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are well-maintained and aligned with brand presentation standards.
- Achieve monthly retail targets, accessory sales goals, and value-added service penetrations.
- Liaise with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free delivery of vehicles to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving for customer test drives.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Certification in sales processes from a reputed automotive brand.
- Familiarity with digital lead management tools and CRM software.
