Job Title: Digital and Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Digital and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital channels. The role aims to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Align marketing initiatives with business and sales objectives.
2. Digital Marketing Management
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and website performance optimization.
• Plan and execute social media content strategies.
• Monitor and improve lead generation funnels.
• Manage email marketing and automation campaigns.
3. Brand Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, blogs, ads).
• Maintain brand guidelines and communication standards.
4. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
• Generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), ROI, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
• Prepare performance reports and campaign analysis.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights.
5. Team & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Negotiate with vendors and media partners.
6. Events & Offline Marketing
• Plan promotional events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Support sales team with marketing collaterals.
• Execute local branding and partnership initiatives.
