Acts as the primary liaison between customers, insurance companies, and the technical team to ensure seamless accidental repair services. This role focuses on maximizing workshop throughput while maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction through efficient claim processing.
Conduct initial damage assessment and prepare accurate cost estimates using the standard price list and DMS.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for vehicle inspection and secure timely claim approvals for cashless and reimbursement cases.
Maintain constant communication with customers regarding repair progress, parts availability, and expected delivery timelines.
Manage end-to-end documentation for insurance claims, including KYC, claim forms, and satisfaction notes.
Perform final quality inspections of paint and bodywork to ensure adherence to OEM standards before vehicle delivery.
Promote and sell value-added services such as anti-rust coating, ceramic coating, and interior enrichment to meet monthly targets.
Monitor the movement of vehicles through the body shop to ensure adherence to the promised delivery date (PDD).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an authorized automotive body shop or workshop environment.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body structures, chassis alignment, and painting processes.
Proficiency in handling insurance documentation and understanding of cashless claim procedures.
Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for vehicle movement and testing.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
Prior experience with reputed OEM dealerships (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra).
Existing rapport with insurance surveyors from major private and PSU insurance firms.
Knowledge of IRDA guidelines regarding motor insurance claims.

Education: ITI, Diploma, or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Certifications: OEM Body Shop Advisor Certification, Insurance Liaison Training
On-site at an authorized dealership workshop, 6 days a week, standard shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Potential to progress to Body Shop Manager or Workshop Manager roles within the group's network. Access to OEM-level technical and management training programs.
