This role focuses on driving dealership revenue by identifying customer needs and facilitating the vehicle purchase journey. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to the final delivery of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers and manage digital leads to understand their specific automotive requirements.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and explain technical specifications, safety features, and USPs of different models.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and dealership policies are followed.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales documentation process including booking, finance coordination, and insurance formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads using the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely vehicle delivery and conduct the final delivery ceremony.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or Diploma in any stream from a recognized Indian university.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Strong command over the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Basic computer literacy for managing CRM entries and digital documentation.
- High level of personal grooming and a professional, customer-friendly appearance.
- Willingness to work on weekends and participate in field-based marketing activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or the automotive industry.
- Basic understanding of car financing, EMI calculations, and insurance products.
- Familiarity with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or SAP.

Work Environment
On-site at an authorized dealership showroom with a standard 6-day work week. Role involves a mix of showroom floor management and outdoor marketing activities.
