This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing expert product demonstrations. It requires a proactive individual who can manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final vehicle delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and manage test drive schedules for prospective buyers.
Generate and track leads through the Dealer Management System (DMS) and maintain a robust follow-up pipeline.
Explain various financing options, insurance products, and vehicle exchange programs to customers.
Coordinate with the workshop and logistics teams for Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and final vehicle handovers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles and value-added services.
Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing exceptional service throughout the buying journey.
Participate in OEM-led training sessions and product launches to stay updated on the latest automotive trends.
Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).
Proficiency in the local language and functional English for customer interaction.
Strong negotiation and closing skills in a target-driven environment.
Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
Familiarity with CRM software or automotive Dealer Management Systems.
Basic understanding of RTO documentation and insurance processes.

Potential for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 24-36 months based on consistent target achievement and internal OEM certification levels.
