This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and generating leads through proactive field activities. The primary objective is to provide a seamless buying experience while achieving monthly retail targets within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and local marketing events to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Manage the complete sales documentation process, including booking forms, insurance, and finance coordination.
Provide detailed explanations of various financing schemes, exchange offers, and extended warranty packages to customers.
Maintain up-to-date customer interactions and follow-up status in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and stockyard teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Ensure the showroom floor is maintained according to OEM standards and provide a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and solicit referrals.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for field work and customer visits.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
Willingness to work a standard 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
High level of energy and a result-oriented approach toward achieving sales targets.
Comfortable with outdoor marketing activities and door-to-door lead generation.
Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
Basic understanding of automobile mechanics and current market competitors.
Familiarity with digital lead management tools or CRM software.
