This leadership position involves overseeing daily floor operations and driving high-performance sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Monitor and improve Showroom Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as per OEM benchmarks.
Oversee showroom floor management, ensuring premium display standards and efficient inventory rotation.
Coordinate with the OEM for stock allocation, marketing schemes, and product training updates.
Analyze sales funnels and CRM data to optimize lead conversion ratios and walk-in efficiency.
Manage administrative functions including billing, documentation, and coordination with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and identify training needs for the sales staff.
Implement local marketing activities and corporate tie-ups to increase showroom footfall.
Proven track record of managing large-scale automotive showroom operations for a minimum of 3 years.
Deep understanding of the Indian automotive retail landscape and local consumer behavior.
Expert-level knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software operations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team of 15+ members.
Demonstrated history of achieving significant career milestones such as 'Best Showroom' awards or exceeding annual targets by over 20%.
Excellent command over the local language and English for professional communication.
Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands in the Indian market.
Existing network with local Regional Transport Offices (RTO) and major financial institutions.
Advanced certification in retail management or automotive sales operations.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation through social media platforms.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.

Certifications: OEM-certified Sales Manager Training, IRDA certification (optional but beneficial)
Full-time on-site role with a standard 6-day work week. Requires high presence on the showroom floor and occasional travel for corporate meetings or OEM events.
Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance can progress to General Manager (Sales) or Regional Sales Head within the dealership group network.
