Act as the primary bridge between the dealership and potential customers, ensuring every lead is nurtured with professionalism and care. Focus on enhancing customer engagement through timely communication and maintaining an accurate database to drive sales conversions and long-term brand loyalty.
Manage incoming leads from various digital and walk-in channels, ensuring a rapid first-response time.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective buyers to schedule test drives and showroom visits.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate and detailed customer interaction logs.
Collect and document customer feedback post-visit or post-sale to identify areas for service improvement.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for closing.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback trends.
Support the marketing team in organizing customer engagement events, new vehicle launches, and promotional campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.A., etc.) from a recognized university.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data management and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.
High level of discipline regarding follow-up schedules and data integrity.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Basic understanding of the Indian automotive market and current car trends.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or front-desk roles.
Familiarity with CRM software or OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems.
