Accessories Manager For Topsel Toyota (Kolkata)

This role is responsible for driving the revenue and profitability of the accessories department while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and OEM compliance. It bridges the gap between vehicle sales and technical installation, ensuring every customer receives a personalized vehicle enhancement experience at our Kolkata facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Officer for accessories upselling at booking & delivery stage.

• Achieve monthly & yearly accessories sales target.

• Ensure proper display & merchandising in showroom.

• Prepare MIS reports for management review.

• Marketing of accessories.

• coordination with vendors

• Accessories revenue per vehicle

• Conversion Ratio (Vehicle vs Accessories attachment)

• Stock turnover ratio

• Zero delay in fitment before delivery
