Acts as the primary bridge between vehicle owners and the technical workshop team, ensuring all maintenance and repair needs are addressed with transparency. This individual plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing accurate cost estimates and managing the end-to-end service journey of the vehicle.
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections (joint walk-around) and opening detailed job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Explaining necessary repairs and providing accurate labor and parts cost estimates to customers to ensure transparency.
Coordinating with the workshop floor supervisor and technicians to ensure timely completion of promised work.
Educating customers on value-added services (VAS), extended warranties, and periodic maintenance schedules.
Performing final inspections and quality checks before vehicle delivery to minimize repeat complaints.
Handling customer queries and grievances professionally to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Facilitating the billing process and clearly explaining invoice details to the customer during vehicle handover.
Conducting post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and schedule future service reminders.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within an authorized passenger car or two-wheeler dealership.
Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Autoline, Revos, or SAP.
Strong communication skills in the local language and functional English.
Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
Strong fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Previous experience working with a major OEM brand (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors).
Formal certification from an OEM-authorized training program.
Proven track record of consistently achieving high upsell targets and top-tier CSI rankings.
