Drive vehicle sales by building strong relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. This role involves identifying customer needs, demonstrating product features through professional test drives, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience in alignment with OEM standards.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and enquiry handling to vehicle delivery.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective customers.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM software.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties.
Follow up with cold and warm leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by providing premium hospitality and after-sales support.
Participate in outdoor sales activities, promotional events, and corporate displays as required.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record and own two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile-based CRM tools.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in an authorized automobile dealership (OEM).
Certification in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
Familiarity with finance schemes and insurance products in the Indian market.
Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments during peak seasons.
Dealer Management System (DMS) proficiency, CRM Software navigation, Product demonstration techniques, Automotive market trend analysis, Basic financial calculation (EMI/Interest). For fresher's good communication skill is mandatory.

Education: Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA ITI and Diploma)
Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durable industry.

On-site showroom environment requiring a 6-day work week. Standard shift timings are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during month-end closings or special events.
Successful consultants have a clear path to Senior Sales Consultant and Team Leader positions within 24-36 months.
