This role involves driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation and customer relationship management within an authorized dealership environment. The focus is on delivering a premium buying experience while consistently achieving monthly vehicle sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and product demonstration to final vehicle delivery.
- Generate new leads through field visits, corporate tie-ups, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Conduct professional test drives and product presentations, highlighting key features and competitive advantages.
- Liaise with the F&I department to assist customers with vehicle financing, insurance, and exchange options.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for scheduled delivery.
- Achieve high Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores by providing exceptional post-sales support and relationship management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales at an authorized dealership.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
- Fluency in the local language and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of the automotive sales lifecycle and Indian RTO processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
- In-depth knowledge of local market trends and competitor offerings.
- Existing network of corporate clients or retail influencers.

Work Environment
Standard dealership hours (usually 10 AM - 7 PM), 6 days a week. The role involves a mix of showroom floor management and field-based lead generation activities.
