Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand their automotive needs and preferences in a friendly manner.

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to showcase performance and safety features.

• Guide customers through the entire purchase journey, including vehicle selection, accessory options, and personalized financing solutions.

• Maintain and update customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure a seamless and organized follow-up process.

• Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing and documentation for the customer.

• Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a celebratory experience for the customer while completing all necessary paperwork.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and foster brand loyalty within the local community.

Requirements

• Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English

• High energy levels with a customer-first mindset and a positive attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented showroom environment

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and lead management

• Willingness to work on weekends (standard 6-day work week)

Preferred

• A genuine interest in the latest automotive trends and vehicle technologies

• Previous experience in retail or customer service internships

• Ability to use social media platforms for professional networking and lead generation

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream or 12th Pass with exceptional communication skills
