Customer Care Executive

Inbound Query Handling: Responding to customer inquiries regarding vehicle servicing, warranty coverage, spare parts, and general vehicle maintenance via phone, email, chat, or in-person at the workshop.

Outbound Follow-ups: Proactively calling customers after service or sales to check satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and remind them of upcoming service due dates.

Workshop Scheduling: Managing service appointments, coordinating with technicians for scheduling, and notifying customers of service status.
