This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, conducting professional product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process at the dealership. It requires a proactive approach to lead generation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct detailed product presentations and test drives for prospective customers.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and participating in corporate displays or local events.
Manage the entire sales documentation process, including booking, financing coordination, and insurance paperwork.
Maintain and update customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and lead status daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume targets as defined by the Sales Manager.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler driving license.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a high level of resilience.
Comfortable with local travel for field visits and home test drives.
Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications for lead management.
Prior experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
Valid four-wheeler driving license is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools or automotive DMS platforms.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (12th pass candidates with relevant sales experience may be considered)

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (will be provided post-joining)
On-site showroom environment with a 6-day work week. Standard shift timings are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekend shifts with a rotational weekly off.
High-performing executives can progress to Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Floor Manager roles within 2-4 years. Opportunities for cross-functional movement into Service or Finance & Insurance departments also exist.
