This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and generating new leads through proactive outreach. The primary objective is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly retail targets in a high-energy showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed demonstrations of vehicle features, specifications, and USPs
- Conduct vehicle test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring safety protocols and providing product insights
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and documentation to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to provide comprehensive quotes and loan processing assistance to customers
- Execute field activities, including mall displays, corporate visits, and local area marketing to generate new leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties as defined by the Sales Manager
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any stream
- Valid permanent two-wheeler driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in the local regional language and basic proficiency in English
- High level of personal grooming and professional presentation
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle field visits and outdoor promotional activities
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of the local automotive market and competitor brands
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Residence within a 10-15 km radius of the showroom location
