This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and ensuring a seamless buying experience from initial inquiry to final delivery. The position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and building long-term customer relationships within a high-energy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field activities, cold calling, and digital inquiry management.
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and conduct detailed product demonstrations and feature walk-throughs.
- Schedule and conduct test drives for potential buyers while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are followed.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and follow up regularly with prospects.
- Assist customers with financing and insurance options by coordinating with the internal F&I department.
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, including documentation, invoicing, and post-delivery orientation.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the dealership management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the local language and basic English.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel.
- High energy levels with a strong passion for the automotive industry and sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications and digital tools for lead tracking.

- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
