Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, digital lead follow-ups, and managing walk-in inquiries.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Schedule and accompany customers on test drives while ensuring safety and highlighting vehicle performance.
- Assist customers with vehicle financing options, insurance selection, and exchange evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and follow up regularly with prospects.
- Handle the complete documentation process from initial booking to the final vehicle delivery ceremony.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM visual identity standards.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- A deep passion for the automotive industry and current market trends.
- Familiarity with the local geography for effective field visits and lead sourcing.
