This role involves facilitating the vehicle purchase journey for customers within a high-energy showroom environment. It focuses on understanding buyer requirements and delivering exceptional product demonstrations to meet monthly sales objectives while building long-term brand loyalty.
Manage walk-in enquiries and conduct professional product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
Schedule and execute test drives for prospective customers while ensuring all safety and documentation protocols are met.
Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and participation in outdoor marketing events or corporate displays.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and follow-up schedules in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Assist customers with finance and insurance documentation, coordinating with the F&I team for smooth loan approvals.
Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring the car is prepared to OEM standards and the customer experience is celebratory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and value-added services.
Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be confident in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the local regional language and functional English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer profiles.
High level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
Willingness to work on a 6-day schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional grooming and a disciplined approach to workplace attendance.
Basic knowledge of the Indian automotive market and current competitor trends.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail sales internship.

Standard authorized dealership showroom with on-site requirements; involves local travel for field activities and customer home visits.
High-performing consultants can progress to Senior Sales Consultant within 2 years and move into Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager roles based on merit and target consistency.
