Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate test drives for prospective buyers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, documentation, and coordination with finance partners for loan approvals.
- Perform outbound telecalling to follow up on digital leads and schedule showroom appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate financial records, assist in GST-compliant invoicing, and perform daily payment reconciliations in the accounting system.
- Utilize the Dealer Management System (DMS) to update customer interactions, lead statuses, and inventory movements in real-time.
- Collaborate with the service and insurance departments to provide a seamless 'one-stop-shop' experience for every customer.
- Achieve monthly individual targets for sales volume, lead generation, or accounting accuracy as per assigned KPIs.
- Provide post-sales support to customers to ensure high satisfaction scores and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or accounts within the retail or automotive sectors.
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.Com is mandatory for the Account Assistant role).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for field-related tasks (Sales roles).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on deadline compliance.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM car or two-wheeler dealership.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or specialized Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Valid IRDA certification for insurance-related sales or renewals.
- Experience in handling luxury or premium brand customers.
