JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS ANALYST (STRATEGIC OPERATIONS)

1. POSITION OVERVIEW

Band : Assistant  Manager

Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)

Location:  Anywhere in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh.

CTC: 8 Lakh

Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business goals and our operational/technical capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director, translating high-level visions into actionable data insights, process maps, and project requirements.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency across our multi-state operations through:

• Requirement Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.

• Process Engineering: Study existing business processes and recommend strategic improvements.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including User Stories, Flowcharts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure project alignment.

• Data Intelligence: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare functional specifications, performance reports, and real-time dashboards for executive review.

• Strategy Implementation: Support the implementation of business solutions and track long-term outcomes.

• Quality Assurance: Assist in project planning, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet original business requirements.

• Executive Presentation: Present findings and strategic recommendations directly to management.

3. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Educational"_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://B.Tech">B.Tech in Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Toolkit:

• Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic VBA.

• Data Visualization: Experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Data Querying: Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction (considered a strong plus).

• Project Management: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
