This role involves driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and providing exceptional dealership experiences through personalized product consultations. It focuses on managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to final delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores and adherence to OEM standards.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation and enquiry to booking and vehicle delivery.
Maintain and update customer records accurately within the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM software.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan processing and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets as defined by the Sales Manager.
Follow up with prospective leads via phone, email, and home visits to ensure high conversion rates.
Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and local market trends.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles within the automotive industry.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on closing deals.
Basic computer literacy for handling digital enquiries and CRM updates.
Prior experience with an authorized OEM dealership.
Knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and RTO registration processes.
Certification in sales or relationship management from a recognized institute.

Standard dealership showroom environment; 6-day work week; involves local travel for test drives and customer home visits.
