ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling daily accounting transactions, and supporting the accounts department in smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and records.

• Handle purchase and sales entries in accounting software.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills.

• Manage bank reconciliation and cash records.

• Assist in GST data preparation and filing support.

• Maintain accounts ledger and financial documents.

• Coordinate with management for financial reports.

• Support in audit and compliance work.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software

• MS Excel knowledge

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiner

• 0–3 years experience in accounts field.
