This role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards by managing PSF & SMR callings
Conduct Post Service Follow-up (PSF) calls within 48-72 hours of vehicle delivery to capture customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
Execute Service Marketing Return (SMR) calling campaigns to remind and persuade customers to book their periodic maintenance service (PMS) appointments.
Address and escalate customer grievances or negative feedback to the Service Manager for immediate resolution and service recovery.
Maintain accurate and real-time records of all customer interactions, feedback, and appointment bookings in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
On-site dealership office within the service department. Standard 6-day work week (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Successful candidates can progress to Senior Customer Relation Executive, CRM Lead, or Service Marketing Manager roles within the dealer group network.
