Service Advisors/ Supervisors/ workshop manager/technicians

This role focuses on maintaining high standards of vehicle care and ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer. It involves a blend of technical diagnostic skills and proactive communication to drive workshop efficiency and brand loyalty within an authorized dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and create accurate job cards using the Dealer Management System (DMS).

• Perform periodic maintenance, general repairs, and complex diagnostics based on OEM guidelines and service manuals.

• Explain repair estimates, technical issues, and maintenance schedules clearly to customers to ensure transparency.

• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of spares and minimize vehicle downtime.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in strict compliance with 5S and safety standards.

• Ensure zero-defect delivery by conducting final quality checks and road tests before vehicle handover.

• Monitor vehicle flow on the shop floor to meet daily productivity targets and turnaround time (TAT) commitments.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an authorized automobile service center.

• Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.

• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and scanners.

• Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline, SAP, or GDS.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic automotive systems.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.

Preferred

• Previous experience with leading Indian OEMs or luxury vehicle brands.

• Basic understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) components and safety protocols.

• Fluency in the local regional language and functional English.

Certifications: OEM Technical Certification, Government-recognized Skill Development Certification (optional)

Work Environment

Standard authorized workshop environment with a 6-day work week. On-site presence is mandatory, following shift timings typically from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
