This role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. It focuses on achieving individual sales targets while ensuring a premium showroom experience and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product demonstrations and feature explanations to prospective buyers.
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities, including canopy setups and local events, to generate new leads and inquiries.
- Schedule and accompany customers for vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are followed.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and booking to vehicle invoicing and final delivery coordination.
- Follow up regularly with prospective leads via phone and email to convert inquiries into confirmed sales bookings.
- Assist customers with finance and insurance options by coordinating with the internal F&I department for loan processing.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure the display vehicles and showroom floor are maintained according to OEM standards at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for local travel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and customer-centric personality.
- Willingness to work on weekends and participate in field-based promotional activities.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and digital lead management.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet monthly sales targets.
Preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong familiarity with the local geographical area for effective field visits.
- Basic understanding of car/bike mechanics and current automotive market trends.
