Sales Consultant

This role involves driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional product demonstrations and guiding customers through the entire purchase journey. It focuses on building lasting relationships and meeting monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

 Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable two-wheeler models.

 Conduct product presentations, test rides, and explain features, specifications, and pricing.

 Maintain and update customer records and leads in the CRM/database system.

 Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and emails.

 Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

 Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to assist customers with loan and insurance

processes.

 Ensure the timely delivery of vehicles and support the customer throughout the post-sale

process.

 Collect customer feedback post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

 Stay informed on the latest models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive retail or high-value consumer sales.

• Valid four-wheeler driving license and ability to perform test drives for customers.

• Fluency in the local regional language and professional proficiency in English.

• A Graduate degree in any stream (B.E., B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, or BBA).

• Willingness to work on a 6-day roster including weekends, which are peak business days.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

The role is based on-site at the dealership showroom with a standard 6-day work week. It involves significant customer interaction and occasional travel for home test drives or corporate displays.
