This role focuses on identifying potential customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchase journey within an authorized dealership environment. It involves managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery while ensuring a premium showroom experience and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers and explain vehicle features, specifications, and unique selling points.
- Conduct professional test drives while adhering to safety protocols and highlighting vehicle performance benefits.
- Generate new leads through local marketing activities, cold calling, and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage the documentation process including booking forms, KYC verification, and coordinating with the finance department for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers using the Dealership Management System (DMS) to ensure high conversion rates.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM visual identity standards.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and conversational English.
- Possession of a valid permanent two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- High energy levels and a customer-centric approach to retail sales.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a standard 6-day work week.
- Basic proficiency in mobile applications and digital tools for lead tracking.
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally for customer home visits or test drives.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles.
