This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. It focuses on achieving monthly volume targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation at the dealership.
Manage walk-in inquiries and digital leads to convert them into confirmed vehicle bookings.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and organize test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and perform regular follow-ups using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Collaborate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) teams to assist customers with loan processing and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties.
Organize and participate in outdoor sales activities, including corporate displays and local roadshows.
Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process, including pre-delivery inspections and a professional handover ceremony.
Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and local customer preferences.
3-5 years of experience in automotive sales within an authorized dealership.
Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Strong command over the local language and functional English.
In-depth knowledge of automotive RTO processes and insurance documentation.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Previous experience working with a major OEM (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, etc.).
Certification in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or SAP.
Strong network within local corporate circles for bulk sales.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or B.A. preferred)
Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive sales
Certifications: OEM Sales Training Certification, Test Drive Certification
On-site dealership role with a standard 6-day work week; includes showroom duties and field visits for client meetings.
High-performing executives are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 12-18 months, with opportunities across the group's multiple brand outlets.
