Lead the entire dealership operations with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. This role involves overseeing multi-departmental functions to ensure seamless synergy between sales, service, and spare parts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual business plan and P&L for the dealership to ensure financial targets and ROI are met consistently.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the OEM to ensure brand compliance and alignment with corporate regional strategies.
- Lead and mentor department heads across Sales, Service, and Finance to foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to implement effective sales strategies and expand local market share.
- Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and ensure successful audit outcomes.
- Drive customer-centricity initiatives to achieve top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including GST, labor laws, and environmental safety norms.
- Promote a healthy work-life balance within the organization by optimizing resource allocation and workflow management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large-scale automotive dealership operations within the Indian market.
- Deep understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and modern CRM tools.
- Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to interpret balance sheets, cash flow, and departmental profitability.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at both the OEM and local level.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing diverse teams of 50+ employees.
- Excellent command over the local language and English for effective communication.
Preferred
- Prior experience managing a premium or luxury automotive brand dealership.
- Active network within local financial institutions and insurance partners.
- Strong background in digital transformation and online lead management systems.

Qualifications
