This role focuses on driving retail vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey. It involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional consultation and effective follow-up strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and convert visitors into potential leads through effective product presentations.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives for prospective buyers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain daily updates in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate loan processing and insurance policy issuance.
- Execute field activities, corporate visits, and local marketing events to generate new business leads.
- Handle the entire vehicle delivery process including documentation, invoicing, and ceremonial handovers.
- Follow up with existing customers for referrals and ensure high retention through post-delivery relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durables sector.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Availability to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for handling CRM and dealership software.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized automobile OEM dealership.
- Knowledge of automotive technical specifications and competitive market trends.
- Prior exposure to banking or insurance sales processes within the automotive ecosystem.
- Residence within a 10-15 km radius of the showroom location.

Work Environment
