Driving growth through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations within an authorized dealership setting. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with prospective buyers and ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing journey from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product presentations to prospective customers.
Conduct outdoor lead generation activities and follow up on digital inquiries via telephone and email.
Organize and accompany customers on test drives while highlighting key vehicle features and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Assist customers with vehicle financing options, insurance, and documentation for RTO registration.
Coordinate with the workshop and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery.
Participate in local marketing events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized board/university.
Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel.
Fluency in the local regional language and basic proficiency in English.
Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette suitable for a customer-facing role.
Willingness to work a standard 6-day week, including weekends.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with strangers.
Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and current Indian car market trends.
Prior experience in retail or customer service internships/part-time roles.
Proficiency in using smartphone applications and digital navigation tools.
