This role focuses on driving brand awareness and generating high-quality leads through strategic field-based activities and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives. It involves engaging directly with potential customers in high-footfall areas to expand the dealership's market reach and support the sales pipeline.
Organize and execute outdoor marketing activities such as canopy setups, roadshows, and apartment activations.
Conduct door-to-door or shop-to-shop marketing campaigns to generate fresh enquiries for new vehicle models.
Distribute promotional materials including flyers, brochures, and pamphlets in targeted residential and commercial zones.
Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and corporate parks for vehicle display opportunities.
Collect and record accurate prospect data including contact details and current vehicle ownership for CRM entry.
Coordinate closely with the internal sales team to ensure timely follow-up on all leads generated from field activities.
Monitor competitor outdoor movements and report local market trends to the Marketing Manager on a weekly basis.
0-3 years of proven experience in field marketing, sales, or BTL activities, ideally within the automotive or telecom sectors.
Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
Fluency in the local regional language and a functional understanding of Hindi or English.
Proven ability to work independently in an outdoor environment and consistently meet daily lead generation targets.
Thorough knowledge of the local geography and key commercial hubs within the assigned territory.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate conversations with strangers easily.
Previous experience working with authorized automobile dealerships or OEM-led marketing campaigns.
Basic proficiency in using mobile-based CRM applications or digital lead capture tools.
Prior experience in organizing or managing large-scale community or corporate events.

This is a role involving extensive local travel, outdoor and indoor activities; standard 6-day work week applies with 9 AM - 7 PM timings.
