This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for prospective car buyers, guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. The focus is on understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and handle digital leads to explain vehicle features, variants, and pricing structures.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and necessary documentation are strictly followed.
- Identify customer requirements to suggest appropriate vehicle models, accessories, and value-added services like insurance and finance.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM software.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and a high-quality handover experience.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads and increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid permanent four-wheeler driving license.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Professional grooming standards and a customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and tablet-based applications for sales tracking.
