1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Demonstrated ability to meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment, including weekends.
Hands-on experience with automotive CRM or DMS platforms like Autoline, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor vehicle specifications.
Prior experience in handling vehicle finance and insurance documentation.
