This role involves driving passenger vehicle sales by engaging with potential buyers throughout their entire purchasing journey. It focuses on converting leads through professional product demonstrations and managing the end-to-end delivery process while maintaining high brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight key features and USPs.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing and policy issuance for customers.
- Perform field activities, including corporate visits and local marketing displays, to generate new sales leads.
- Ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery while completing all RTO and documentation formalities.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Maintain post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of target achievement.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day work week in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations for data entry and reporting.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Deep understanding of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
- Strong networking skills within local corporate or residential hubs.

Qualifications

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the dealership showroom. It requires a 6-day work week and involves frequent local travel for home demonstrations and lead generation activities.
