This role focuses on driving revenue through proactive customer engagement and managing the end-to-end sales cycle within a dealership environment. It involves identifying potential buyers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience while maintaining high standards of brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive prospecting through tele-calling, field visits, and digital lead follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and feature demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting USPs against competitors.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety protocols are followed while explaining vehicle dynamics.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including booking, documentation, and coordination with finance and insurance departments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services (VAS).
- Maintain accurate and real-time records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and workshop for pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through professional post-sales follow-up and relationship management.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Proficiency in the local regional language and functional English communication.
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software like Salesforce or SAP.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with a reputed Automotive OEM dealership network.
- Basic understanding of retail finance, insurance processes, and RTO documentation.
- Ability to leverage social media platforms for lead generation and personal branding.

Work Environment
On-site showroom environment with 6-day work weeks; requires local travel for field visits and home test drives.
