This role involves managing the critical first point of contact for prospective and existing customers within a dealership environment. It focuses on lead nurturing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining high customer engagement standards to drive business growth in both sales and service departments.
Execute outbound calls to potential leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns to schedule test drives or service appointments.
Manage inbound inquiries professionally, providing accurate information regarding vehicle models, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with real-time customer data, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
Promote value-added services such as insurance renewals.
Handle customer grievances or queries with empathy and escalate complex issues to the CRM Manager when necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointment ratios.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
High school diploma (12th Pass) as a minimum educational requirement.
Previous experience working with an authorized automotive dealership (OEM).
Familiarity with automotive CRM software like Autoline, Revv, or SAP.
Prior experience in insurance renewal or automobile finance calling.

Successful candidates can progress to CRM Executive, Team Leader - Telecalling, or transition into front-end Sales Consultant roles within the dealership group.
