This role involves driving business growth by identifying potential buyers and providing them with a seamless vehicle purchasing experience. The focus is on building trust through expert product demonstrations and managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers through showroom walk-ins, digital leads, and field activities.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and organize test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiations, financing options, and insurance documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Execute consistent follow-up protocols with hot and warm leads to maximize monthly conversion ratios.
- Participate in local marketing events, corporate displays, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for local travel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and outdoor promotional activities.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of the Indian automotive market and competitor landscape.
- Previous internship experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales.
- Residing within a 10-15 km radius of the dealership location.
