This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and managing the end-to-end sales funnel at the dealership. The primary objective is to deliver a premium customer experience while meeting monthly volume and value-added service targets.
Handle all walk-in inquiries and digital leads through professional engagement and timely follow-ups.
Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and booking to documentation and final vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan processing and insurance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Achieve monthly targets for vehicle units, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to OEM standards.
Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or retail field sales.
Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
Proficiency in the local language and functional English communication.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and lead management.
Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
Familiarity with automotive CRM software or DMS platforms.
Broad knowledge of current market trends and competitor vehicle specifications.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with exceptional experience may be considered)

Standard showroom environment with frequent outdoor visits for customer meetings and test drives. Requires a high level of physical activity and professional attire.
High-performing executives are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 6 months. Opportunities for cross-functional movement into Corporate Sales or Exchange departments are also available.
