This role involves driving dealership growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. The focus is on providing expert product demonstrations and personalized consultations to help customers find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and digital leads by providing comprehensive product information and vehicle specifications.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring customer safety and highlighting key vehicle features and safety ratings.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM with accurate lead data and follow-up schedules.
- Guide customers through the financing, insurance, and exchange process in coordination with the F&I department.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall market share growth.
- Ensure a premium vehicle delivery experience by coordinating with the workshop and PDI teams.
- Regularly follow up with prospective leads and existing customers to build a robust referral pipeline.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local roadshows to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA) or 12th Pass with relevant retail experience.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- A valid Indian Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- High level of personal grooming and professional etiquette suitable for a showroom environment.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic computer applications for lead management.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and current market trends in India.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
- Knowledge of local geography to effectively plan and execute home visits/test drives.
