This role focuses on managing complex service data sets to provide actionable insights for workshop operations and OEM compliance. It involves maintaining the integrity of the Dealer Management System while generating critical performance reports that drive service profitability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with daily workshop entries, including repair orders and parts consumption.
Generate Daily Performance Reports (DPR) highlighting vehicle throughput, labor revenue, and advisor productivity for the Service Manager.
Track and analyze service KPIs such as Same Day Delivery (SDD), Revenue per Repair Order (RR), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Monitor spare parts inventory levels and generate stock-out or slow-moving item reports to optimize inventory turnover.
Prepare monthly service incentive sheets for technicians and service advisors based on performance metrics and target achievement.
Reconcile warranty claims data and maintain a tracker for pending approvals and payments from the OEM.
Conduct weekly data audits to ensure 100% accuracy in customer contact details and vehicle service history for CRM follow-ups.
Liaise with the IT and Accounts departments to resolve any billing or system-related discrepancies within the workshop module.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an MIS or Data Management role within an automotive dealership.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
Hands-on experience with Automotive DMS software like SAP, Oracle, or OEM-specific platforms (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, or Tata Motors systems).
Strong understanding of workshop operations and service-related financial metrics.
Proven ability to handle large volumes of data with high attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, DMS Management, Data Analysis & Visualization
Education: Graduate (B.Com/BCA/BBA preferred)
