MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to accounts and finance

• Maintain and update financial data in ERP systems and Excel sheets

• Generate reports on revenue, expenses, outstanding receivables, and payables

• Reconcile data between different systems and ensure accuracy

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, HR) for data collection

• Support audit requirements by providing necessary data and reports

• Track and monitor key financial KPIs

• Ensure timely submission of reports to management

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS dashboards)

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle large data sets efficiently

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Accounts role

• Experience in automobile dealership or similar industry will be an added advantage

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Autoline, etc.)

• Experience in financial reporting and data analysis
