This leadership role focuses on driving the overall strategic vision and operational excellence of the dealership unit. The primary objective is to maximize revenue, ensure brand compliance, and foster a high-performance culture across sales, service, and spare parts departments while maintaining a strong market reputation.
Oversee the entire Profit & Loss (P&L) of the dealership, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual OEM targets.
Maintain high-level relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representatives to ensure alignment with brand standards and policies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-functional team of managers, promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and increase market share within the territory.
Monitor and optimize the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) through operational excellence.
Manage working capital, inventory levels, and operational costs to ensure financial health and liquidity.
Ensure total compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance, and OEM audit requirements.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record in leadership.
In-depth understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spares, and F&I.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in managing large-scale budgets and P&L statements.
Expertise in using Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with OEM partners and vendors.
Preferred
Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands in the Indian market.
Strong network within the local banking, insurance, and regulatory sectors.
Proven success in turnaround management or launching new dealership outlets.

Education
