Key Responsibilities
Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and available offers to customers.
Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and showroom visits.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
Assist customers with loan, insurance, and documentation process.
Maintain proper records of customer inquiries and sales in the system.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated about new car models, features, and competitor products.
